Just Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Althea grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from justbeautyph.com (the “Site”).

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, the ones valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with manufacturing defect.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello.justbeautyph@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
​
REFUNDS
​
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping and Delivery
PHILIPPINES:

Just Beauty aims to deliver your orders within the next day for all Cotabato City locations and 3-5 business days Nationwide after every successful payment. Any delays in the courier is not our control. You can always track your parcel through the courier's website.
​
Our delivery schedule runs from Mondays to Fridays. Please remember that we do not deliver Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
​
For Cotabato City, you can pick up your reserve items one day after your placement of orders.
​
NORWAY & WORLWIDE:
​
Just Beauty aims to packed and shipped out your orders within the next day for all Oslo, Norway locations and 3-5 business days Nationwide and Worldwide after every successful payment.
​
Our shipping and delivery schedule runs from Mondays to Fridays. Please remember that we do not deliver Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
​
We offer a standard shipping option. Your orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address for a fixed delivery charge.
​
Any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.
